I am 18+ years and give Photography/Video Consent for my photo or video to be taken, so that the photographer/LightsLensMedia to take such content including permission to use these photos or videos for digital or social media marketing, commercial and promotional purposes.

I understand that images/videos will be stored and may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve of the final product 

You have the right to Withdraw consent to the business storing you contact details on its database and access any information the business holds about you at anytime

By accepting the T&C's you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims)
